Buttoned leather seating under a warm timber ceiling, a well stocked counter, daylight along the booths and a dartboard in the corner. Eighty seats in all.

The bar opens directly into the banquet hall, which is why a celebration and the evening that follows it happen in the same place, and why nobody has to move the party across the village at midnight.
